Terms of Service

1. Services

EverStrongSF provides private, one-on-one strength training sessions at 448 Haight St, San Francisco, CA 94114. All sessions are conducted in-person by certified trainers. We do not offer online or remote training services.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by phone. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to trainer illness, facility issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Session packs are non-refundable once any session has been used. Unused sessions in a pack may be transferred to another person with our written approval. Session expiration dates are noted at the time of purchase and may be extended at our discretion upon request.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to your first session. EverStrongSF is not a medical facility and our trainers are not licensed medical practitioners. Nothing we communicate constitutes medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. By training with us, you affirm that you are physically capable of participating in a high-intensity strength training session.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Physical exercise carries inherent risk. By booking and attending sessions at EverStrongSF, you acknowledge and accept those risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverStrongSF, its owners, trainers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our training services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

6. Conduct

We maintain a professional, focused training environment. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who behaves in a disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe manner. No refunds will be issued in cases of service termination due to conduct.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to schedule and track your training sessions. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process payments. Session performance data belongs to you and can be requested at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify clients of material changes by email where practicable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
